Delivery

We provide Singapore island-wide delivery except to Jurong Island.
Our products are mostly bulky and we deliver in 14-footer truck. Please inform us if your location/ carpark has access restriction/ max. height limit. Alternative delivery arrangement may be arranged depending on restriction. Please indicate detail in the “Order Notes” section at check-out page.

We deliver within 3-7 working days after your order is processed and fully paid. A notification will be sent to you via email or text message when your order is ready for delivery.

Flat rate of $30 per destination, island-wide. We do not deliver to Jurong Island.

We provide free delivery for order above SGD$300.

We will do our best to meet your preferred timing. Please provide a time slot of min. 3 hours. You may leave your request in the “Order Notes” section at check-out page.

Exchange or Refunds

Damaged/ defective goods found upon delivery has to be informed to us within 24 hours with photographs attached via email at enquiry@incpacksolution.com or whatsapp at +65 97242113. We will do our best to provide replacement as soon as possible.

There will be no refund for purchased item(s). However, you may exchange with other item(s) of the same value. Exchange request must be informed to us within 2 working days from receipt of goods via email at enquiry@inpacksolution.com. Exchange request received later than the specified period will not be considered.

Return shipping fees to be borne by buyer. Please make an appointment for exchange. 

Due to hygiene and contamination reasons, we reserved the right not to accept exchange of goods if they have been used or original packaging has been opened or tampered with. We will review on case-by-case basis.
